The Sardinia Cultural System Consortium was born on 1 October 2020 from the union of 5 cooperatives with the aim of managing, enhance and protect cultural heritage at a regional and national level.
The 5 founding cooperatives:
– ARCHEOTUR ( Sant. Antiochus)
– IREI COOP ARL ( Villagrande Strisaili)
– STAGE COOP ARL ( Treats )
– DI-SIGN SOC. COOP. ( Cagliari)
– SOC PORTALS. COOP. ( Tuili)
The Consortium boasts a common organization that facilitates the activity of the member companies, through the acquisition of works on behalf of the same; carries out both commercial and promotional service and coordination activities in order to increase efficiency, production capacity and bargaining power, contributing to their development and qualification.
The union of the skills and professionalism of the member cooperatives allows the Consortium to manage historical museums, artistic, scientific, folkloric, naturalistic, of both public and private archaeological and monumental areas, including in reference to said structures the performance of all connected services; sorting and cataloging of the bibliographic heritage, management of specialized library services, school, university and public reading, of media libraries; the census of book assets existing in the regional territory and of other cultural assets;
Despite being a young foundation, the Consortium can boast among its management prestigious archaeological areas such as the archaeological area of Nora in Pula, the archaeological area of Monte Sirai, the Si.Mu.C in Carbonia, the archaeological area of Montessu a Villaperuccio, the medieval village in Tratalias, the archaeological area of S'Ortali and su Monti in Tortolì. Areas of beauty and relevance in the panorama of Cultural Heritage of Sardinian archeology with a strong tourist impact.
